Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager with 3–8 years of experience in event management or media sales. The ideal candidate will leverage industry knowledge and strong networks to drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and position Filmbakers as a preferred partner for video production services.
Location & Schedule
Bengaluru (In-Office) — Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Corporate, Retail, and Government sectors within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Marketing Heads, Brand Heads, and agencies.
- Present and sell video production services including event coverage, corporate videos, promotional content, and live streaming.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct client consultations and recommend tailored video solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams for smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in event management, media sales, or related fields.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network in corporate, retail, government, event, or media sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of AdEx, client marketing plans, and seasonal trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
